Heather B. Pessoa has been the principal owner of Invest-in-Charlotte for 8 years. She was raised in Charlotte and has seen the transformations of the metro Charlotte area first hand. She started her real estate career assisting tenants find their perfect rental home. With knowledge of what tenants needed, she was able to quickly excalate her career by working with investors teaching them how to purchase homes that would return the best financial profit. After many years of working with investors, she married both of these passions and now teachs ALL homebuyers how to purchase their homes wisely and strategically, even in today's market.
Heather was awarded the #3 realtor in the Charlotte Metro Area for True Homes in 2009. Heather also is bi-lingual in Portugues. She spent extensive time in Brasil and helps local Portugues home-buyers as well.
She works alongside various lending insitutions locally and nationally and enjoys helping her clients achieve their dream homes at outstanding prices!
